Trainer Registry helps personal trainers get their first paying client. This page says what we keep about you, why, and how to get it deleted. It takes about two minutes to read.
Who we are

What we keep
- Your details: name, email address and WhatsApp number.
- Your Score answers: the answers you give to the First Client Score questions.
- Your bookings: the time you book a call and the answers you give when booking.
- Your chats: the messages you send and receive with us on WhatsApp.
- Your messages to us: what you type into the "Write to us" form on the page: your name, your WhatsApp number or email, and your message.
- Page visits: we count visits to this page and which version of the page you saw, with no name attached.
- If you join: call notes and your tracker (see the Terms).
We do not ask for payment card numbers on the site or in chat. Card payments go through [to confirm], which keeps those details, not us.
Why we keep it
To reply to you, to work out whether the programme fits you, to book and hold your call, and to deliver the programme if you join. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising.
Who sees it
- Jonathan reads every chat. A person, not only a machine, sees what you write.
- An AI helps run the Score chat. It reads your messages and drafts replies. It does not decide anything about you alone.
- Services that store it for us: our database [to confirm], Kapso (runs our WhatsApp chat), Cal.com (call bookings) and Meta (WhatsApp carries the messages). Each keeps the data it handles under its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
If you never join, we delete your details and chats 12 months after the last message. If you join, we keep them for the programme and 12 months after it ends.
Your choices
- See it: email hello@trainerregistry.com and we send you what we hold about you.
- Delete it: message DELETE on WhatsApp to +971 54 177 1709, or email hello@trainerregistry.com. We delete your data within 30 days and reply to confirm. The services above keep their own copies for a short time, and we ask them to delete theirs.
- Stop messages: message STOP and we stop.
- Fix it: tell us what is wrong and we correct it.

If this page changes in a way that matters, we say so at the top with the new date.
