1. Who we are

2. Who can join
You are 18 or older; hold a personal training, strength, Pilates, yoga or group fitness certificate from a recognised body; have earned less than $500 from coaching so far; have a job or other income, so paying does not strain your living costs; can give about 4 hours a week for 13 weeks; and can hold a call in English. We may decline anyone. If we decline you after you have paid, we refund you in full.
3. What you get
- 13 weekly one-to-one video calls with Jonathan, 60 minutes each.
- WhatsApp support between calls, answered within one working day (Dubai time).
- Help to choose who you coach, write your offer and price your package at $1,500 to $2,000 (higher only when you are very good and your buyer has a painful problem).
- Message templates, a call script for your own sales calls, and a tracker.
- Weekly review of your conversations and numbers, a review in week 13, and a written plan for your next 90 days.
Not included: leads or ads paid for by us, a logo or website, legal, tax or insurance advice, or coaching your clients.
4. The agreed work
- Attend at least 11 of the 13 weekly calls.
- Send at least 20 outreach messages a week and log them in your tracker.
- Make an offer to everyone you talk to who fits.
- Finish each week's task before the next call.
- Contact only people you know or who have publicly invited contact, within each platform's rules and the law. No bought or scraped lists.
- Keep your certificate, insurance and any licence you need in good standing. Your clients' safety is your responsibility.
Items 1 to 4 are tracked in your tracker and the call notes, which we both can see.
5. The guarantee
If you did the agreed work (1 to 4) for the 13 weeks and have no $1,500 client at the end of week 13, the next 13 weeks are free: the same weekly call and WhatsApp support, until your first $1,500 client or the end of those 13 weeks, whichever comes first.
A $1,500 client is a person outside your immediate family who pays you at least $1,500 upfront for a 3-month package.
The guarantee is support time. It is not a cash refund.
6. Rescheduling
Move a call with 24 hours' notice, up to once a month, at no cost. A call missed without notice counts as held. If we cancel, we rebook within 7 days and it does not count against you. Calls unused at the end of week 13 (or week 26 under the guarantee) lapse.
7. Refunds
- Before your first session: cancel by message or email and we refund everything you paid, within 14 days.
- After your first session: no cash refund. The guarantee in section 5 applies.
- Payment plan: if a payment is over 7 days late, sessions pause until it is paid. The remaining payments stay due.
- Nothing here removes rights you have by law where you live.
8. Price and payment
- Founding five (the first five trainers to join): $4,997 in full, or 3 payments of $1,797, the first on joining, then 30 and 60 days later. After the founding five the price is $6,997.

- US dollars. VAT or sales tax, if any: [to confirm].
- The programme starts when the first payment arrives. Your first call is booked within 48 hours.
9. Founding member referrals
If you are one of the founding five, you earn 20% of the price paid by every trainer you refer who joins, for as long as we sell the programme.
- A referral counts when the trainer names you, or uses your link or code, before they pay.
- We pay 30 days after the referred trainer's first session, by bank transfer in US dollars or the AED equivalent. If they pay in instalments, you get 20% of each instalment as it is paid.
- Nothing is paid on a refund. If they cancel before their first session, no commission is due.
- No cap. It is not an income promise: what you earn depends on who you refer and whether they join.
- Tax on what you earn is yours.
10. Your data
See Privacy. Calls are recorded only if you agree. We publish results only with your written permission, anonymised unless you say otherwise. We never contact your prospects or clients.
11. What we don't promise
We cannot promise income, a client or a date. Your result depends on your work, your market and your offer. We promise the support in section 3 and the guarantee in section 5.
